PAM products contain alcohol

A little search on PAM got me quite a lot information from Wikipedia. I found it interesting and like to share a small part of it here:

PAM cooking spray was introduced in 1961 by Leon Rubin who, with Arthur Meyerhoff, started Gibraltar Industries to market the spray. Its main ingredient is canola oil. The name PAM is an acronym for “Product of Arthur Meyerhoff”.

Now it is time for the more important and interesting part of the  information; below paragraph is the reply from the company:

Thank you for your email concerning our PAM Cooking Spray.
PAM products do contain alcohol and the Butter Flavor contains a milk derivative.

Your comments are extremely valuable, and they help us make the food you love even better.
Thanks again for your feedback. We’re listening!
